Here's a quick post about some of the food I've eaten recently:
On 23 Mar 12:
1 1/2 fried egg/omelet
5 slices of wheat bread
Coffee (Nescafe)
2 slices of white bread
2 bananas
1 kabob
1 meat pie
1 fandango
2 fried dough balls
2 small cookies
2 pieces of pineapple
Dinner: white rice, vegetable stew and avocado
On 24 Mar 12
3 pieces of toasted bread (in a triangle shape...)
2 fried eggs
1 banana
Coffee
1 fried dough ball
1 package of shortbread cookies
yam chips with some sort of sauce
Alvaro (a fizzy juice drink)
Jolloff rice with pineapple
Skittles (I still have them)
So, as you can see-I'm not eating the healthiest at all. But it's yummy!!!
When in Rome . . . or Ghana. :-) Some of it sounds good. Nescafe coffee??
